Water Damage to a Home

This customer suffered a water damage from a leaking hot water tank.  SERVPRO of Lansdale, Warminster, and Blue Bell was called in to mitigate the damage and dry out the structure.  As you can see in the first picture the carpet is saturated.  What you can not see is that the sheetrock has absorbed water and is now affected.  In the second picture you notice that the carpet and padding has been removed along with the base trim.  After the base trim was removed, we drilled holes to allow air flow behind the sheetrock so that it could be dried without removing it.  At SERVPRO of Lansdale, Warminster, and Blue Bell we strive to minimize the damage and get you back into your property quickly.
