Sump pump failure

This home owner came home to discover their sump pump had failed and caused the basement to flood. As you can see by the water marks on the closet door, the 700 square foot basement was under 2 inches of water. After extracting the water from the carpet and pad, we removed the tack strip and trim, and then did some flood cuts in the drywall where necessary.  Our staff is trained and knowledgeable in water restoration, we would love to help you during such a trying time.
